Research 1: Recommendations to Improve the Business Model and Reduce Waste

This project was commissioned to examine why the current business model of China Dragon that can cause wasting problems that can be improved upon. It is conducted by surveys of 190 students from the Chinese Student Association of their thoughts of the portion of food they get from the restaurant, and their opinion of the restaurant introduce different portion of food selections; with pie charts to visualize the results.

Research 2: Organizational Communication Audit

This project is an audit about organizational communication of Barash Media. It covers the organizational structure and history of the company, its managerial style, how it contribute to globalization and diversity, its internal communication, its external image dynamics, the relationship between management and employees, family and work dynamics, overall communication and change of style, and major communication barriers.

Research 3: Analysis of the Economic Development and Globalization History of the U.K. 

This project is the analysis of the economic development history of the U.K. in terms of pre-globalization  levels (circa 1970 or 1980) and subsequent evolution include but not limited to size (population, GDP), level of development (GDP per capita, life expectancy, caloric intake), inequality and poverty (Gini coefficients, percent below poverty line, income share of top 10%, bottom 50%), product mix and factor endowments, trading patterns (how much, what, and with whom), degree of macro volatility (variances, crisis periods), share of labor force that is foreign born, share that has emigrated, etc. Then, it critically evaluate whether the theoretical effects based on pre-globalization  are consistent with the actual post-1980 experiences.
